Nokia N8 TV Out Via 3.5mm A/V cable Or Nokia N8 TV Out Without HDMI

1. For those who don't have HDMI cable or HD TV.
2. Or those who are unable to get TV out  with 5800 cable(3.5mm A/V cable) they should:

Go to
settings->phone->accessories-> then on TV-Out long press until the menu comes up and choose 'set as default'

Now go to home screen of your mobile, connect red, white, yellow cable to TV first then insert 3.5mm jack to mobile wait for 2 to 3 seconds and it will show a small TV icon on top and your mobiles home screen is visible on TV. Now you can play your videos.

Note: You must be on home screen of mobile while inserting 3.5mm jack to mobile.
